Mitchell Asphalt Paving and Seal Coating

Claimed that the finely crushed asphalt would fill all cracks and the sealed driveway would repel water once it rained (bead up like a newly waxed car) Result was that all cracks were not filled and when the driveway got wet, it repelled the water and was as slippery as ice They claimed they would come back in a week to see if there were any patches or issues with the work and redo the job again if not satisfied Never came back and would not answer the phone I would never ever use this company and their magic sealant again

We are very concerned that the may be the same business, run by a Mr. Rocky M[redacted], that showed up without appointment at my elderly mother's house in Arlington VA one year after re-surfacing her driveway, re-surfaced it again without her permission, charged her $7,200 and immediately cashed the check. We really need someone to look into this, and would advise anyone in the meantime to refuse service from Rocky M[redacted]

Review: Driveway is crumbling. Sealant never done. Thickness of asphalt under half inch in some places. Does not meet code.Desired Settlement: Replacement or refund.
