Mistrik Construction

I hired Mistrik Construction/George ***, to build a deck and renovate room at my home I have been told that he did not receive a permit for building the deck and that some of what he built is not "up to code" He told me this job would take weeks to complete It has now been over months and there is still a long list (items exactly) that I have paid for and he has not completed, not the least of which is the electric and air conditioner/heater not workingHe also has continually told me that he would provide me with receipts and invoices, which I have yet to see He does not return phone calls or text messages, and I cannot leave voicemails because his voicemail box is full He has disappeared, leaving my home a wreck
