I am very pleased with the recent purchase of a new furnace and home humidifierThere were no "high-pressure" sales tacticsThe salesman was very informed on the products he sells and was he was most patient in answering all of my questionsI really appreciated the salesman staying in touch with me throughout the jobThe installers showed up when they were supposed to, were very polite, performed an excellent installation and did a great job of cleaning up the job areaThe installed price was very reasonable What more can I say than " I am a VERY happy customer

I have been working with Sumday Vacations for a few years now and I have never ran into any issues with themThey are always very responsive and are always professional

I purchased my first timeshare from Sunday Vacations 3+ years ago based on reviews from timeshare Facebook groups and forumsI am so glad my first resale timeshare purchase was with SumdayThe process was efficient, timely and a pleasant experienceI can't say the same for my some of my other experiences outside of Sumday

Service Tech was very professional He arrived on schedule and performed the inspection and servicing as required He also did not attempt to sell unneeded services I highly recommend this service provider

I went to the New Market location to have my *** *** Hybrid diagnosed for transmission issues September 18,
History of events:
Arrived at 11am
Car was diagnosed with transmission issues and recommended to remove and identify precise issues
I left New Market and made it to Schomberg (17km away)
Car would not drive
Called New Market Mr Transmission and asked about towing
They said they didn't tow
They offered to get a tow truck company in touch with me
The tow cost 200$
Arrived back at New Market location and was told they would start working straight away and may take a couple days to review
I called a couple days later and the vehicle was not yet brought in the shop for for servicing
The car wasn't brought in until what I can ascertain was Thursday September
Keep in mind I dropped the car off on Monday September 18th
On Thursday the manager spoke to me after I called in the morning and said he would contact me by end of business to go over the assessment
End of business came and no call
Friday morning September Managed called and said the clutch is worn out and the drum where the motor sits is also worn
Said he would call by end of day to confirm costing of parts and labour
September - Manager calls shortly after am
Identifies that he apologizes for not communicating
Identifies that the cost should be 3600$ Plus tax and change
I inquire about their website clearly indicating that "free towing" is available despite not being offered to me
Also I made mention that a loaner vehicle is also indicated on their website despite not being offered to me
Manager said that that was corporates website although when directed online it clearly was associated with the location website
Manager said this was discretionary to the site
I've asked for a rebate in total cost to include time and suffering, towing and damages associated being without a car for this length of time
Manager indicated now that parts were available timeline for the repair would be a "few" daysI asked "does that mean three days"?

It's now October 2nd and I have yet to hear about the status of the vehicle
October I called the location at 15:hrs
No work has commenced
No communication other than what I've initiated
Parts are apparently coming in conveniently tomorrow
Called the corporate office directly immediately after
The girl fielding the call says corporate doesn't act on any complaints regarding customer service
In a response to my complaint to the Mr Transmission headquarters...they responded immediately to dismiss my matter and take no action such as even to investigate furtherThey are in direct contravention of their own mission statement and have aided the franchise with and misleading advertising surrounding free tows and courtesy cars
Topics of concern:
Website says free towing and that was not offeredI spent 200$
Website also said curtesy cars are available
One was not offered and this would have been beneficial
Lack of communication and a full week including this weekend without a car and no clear direction or communication initially
Continued lack of communication and a length of repair exceeding the estimated time frame
I'm at a loss and these issues are not inexpensive mattersI have no idea what's going on at this point

I have done business for many years with this companySumday Vacations has performed timeshare transfers for my cllients with precise executionIf more companies used Sumday Vacations process for timeshare transfers this would undoubtly put the unethical companies out of businessThis company deserves all the praise it recieves

I came into MrTransmission on Edgewater Drin Kanata thinking I had a major transmission issue with my*** As it turned out the problem had nothing to do with my transmission but was the result of my having different sized tires on the car front and back The car's computer was fooled into thinking there was a braking issue since the front and rear tires were rotating at different speeds due to the different diameters of the tires This caused the anti-lock brakes to come on which created a very rough, grinding noise
*** (owner) quickly diagnosed the problem, checked out my transmission to ensure it was working fine and had me on my way I changed the tires so that they were the same all around and the problem was solved
At all times *** was friendly, informative, professional and extremely fair
If I ever have a drive train issue with any of my vehicles I am coming straight to MrTransmission in Kanata Highly recommended

Have had Brockman for over five years and have never had a complaint with their service or with their scheduling

very friendly installer, knowledgable, on time, explained everything clearly Was not pushy when doing a furnace checkup and informing me of the possible need for a new furnaceThey installed the new furnace the next day When my old hot water heater leaked Brockman's were here the same day to check it and installed a new one the next business day I have dealt with Brockmans for many years and am very pleased

I purchased a number of timeshares through Sumday and had a great experience. It's really hard to know who to trust when buying a timeshare and I have found Sumday great to work with. They had great communication and walked me through every step of the process.

We have been dealing with Sumday Vacations and RSI to take over our Time Share at Lake Tahoe for almost over a year now. We made the appropriate payments to [redacted] and Sumday Vacations when requested. We made the maintenance fee payments to the Time Share and the property tax payments as required. We mailed, faxed and Fed-exed papers and documents several times. So far the only thing we have to show for it is the loss of this years week. After not hearing anything for several months and still receiving communications from our time share I was beginning to worry. We called our Time Share and they still have us as owners. The County Tax Assessor still has us as owners. [redacted] said that the problem is with Sumday Vacations and our Time Share. Sumday Vacations said the problem is with our Time Share. Our Time Share said that they have never received any paperwork from either [redacted] or Sumday Vacations and as far as they are concerned we are still the owners. I have requested all documentation that [redacted] and Sumday Vacations claim to have sent to the Time Share along with the time frame. Depending on the outcome we may have to take legal action. What a pain!
