Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:Nothing has been resolvedI am not 100% satisfiedWhy am I not being issued a refund? The date the permit was pulled proves that the work was performed illegallyI don't want anymore work performed by MrSparky because they lost my trust when they didn't do things the right way in the first placeRegardless of the fact that some sheetrock and the kitchen cabinets being removed I am not at fault for MrSparky not pulling the required permit before performing their workWhy is my U Win request for a refund being ignored? I have called U Win several times and no one from MrSparky has contacted me
Sincerely,
*** ***

[redacted], and myself met with client at the address. The permit has been pulled for the work we preformed. Mr. Velazquez wanted to wait 2 weeks until inspection so they could fix the floors. I reached out the day before to remind them to set a time frame for said...
inspection. The client returned my call within 2 days and requested a site visit. Upon site visit the client had went beyond the scope of work we performed and now required a remodel permits. And it was explained that the area of work we performed and pulled the permit for is no longer valid due to the client had now removed sheetrock from the site exposing the wiring that would then need updated per city inspection. The work performed was what the client instructed our technician performed from the home inspection list. It was explained that any work we performed from the list provided failed inspection would be completed at no additional charges. Mr. Velazquez removed the sheetrock from the walls and removed the cabinets from 2 rooms after we completed the previous items. The permit that was pulled was for minor wiring and cutover. (Replace 6 or less devices and work to the service/grounding)
