Disgusting customer service. I sent several emails over a period of six months requesting to transfer my domain. I have never received any responses to any of my emails. There is no contact phone number and there are only three contact emails listed:

[email protected]
NO RESPONSE

mister.net Sucks, shut down after years of service with no warning. Websites are down and locked so trying to get this taken care of so I can transfer them to a different hosting service.

Review: Mister net is the web hosting company I use to run the domain supporting my business website and emailing network. Last year the domain was down at least every 2 months for periods as long as 2 weeks.For the past 7 weeks I'm not able to send email due to a problem from their end. I wish to transfer my domain to another hosting company but they do not answer to my mail and obviously refuse to supply the needed informations for a domain transfer. Much of my business transaction and development is loss due to the lack of service and response to my many communication emails. I have no other choice but filing a complaint against them. I wonder what is the next step I can undertake to solve this issue. Should I file a law suit?
