Review: I ordered clothes and shoes from MissyKorean and I did get confirmation email. But they did not send me any products without any contact. After few months, I called and emailed them and they told me clothes were sold out. They said they will give me credit voucher but they deleted my account, deleted their phone number from the website, and ignore all emails.Desired Settlement: I would like to get refund or at least credit voucher.

Review: I am a Korean international student who is studying in the U.S. I missed Korean-style clothing until I became excited to come across a website named missykorean.net, that predominantly sells Korean clothes online. I purchased $174 worth clothes and shoes via [redacted]. Since I purchased, I never received an invoice and a shipment and tracking number and started to get worried. I emailed them--it was the ONLY way of contact-- several times and never got a reply. I started googling the website and found many people filing complaints about the website, most of them claiming that they never received anything at all. Even if they did, they would only ship one or two items of the total purchase orders made, and when the person would file a complaint, they would just give out "expired" vouchers. (for more information, google "missykorean scam" or "missykorean reviews" and see the results) People who were victims like me also mentioned that they NEVER answered phone calls and voice mails, either. According to a scam-detecting website, the average cost of loss was about $200 per person.

Fortunately, I was able to file a dispute and escalate the case on [redacted]. The [redacted] representative told me that their investigation team has decided in my favor. I haven't got my money back yet, but I will, which is good.

But I am still going to file a complaint. This website looks very legit on the surface--they keep up with new stocks and new products-- which is why it is dangerous. Some random students or teenagers who want Korean clothes like me would easily fall into their "scam strategy" by luring them with new updates and such. I am also filing a complaint because it seems like others have not. Filling a complaint online may be too much of a hassle for many people, and I assume myself to be the first one to take action. Businesses like this one must shut down.,Desired Settlement: Websites who steal away innocent peoples' money MUST SHUT DOWN.
