Missouri Stairway Lift Corp

I have spoken to Mrs*** who thinks our Stairway Lift should operate and sound the same as another unit she had installed a few years back by another companyI have told here that there is nothing wrong with this unit and if there is she has a year labor warranty and a year parts warranty
that will cover any problems she hasShe says it is louder but there are no two units that sound the sameThis morning I spoke to her son and he said as long as it is running and doing what it is supposed to do then for me to go ahead a process the final payment.If she needs repair I will be most happy to accompany my technician to work on this unit, Otherwise I consider this to be a complaint
