Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There was never any asking, it was just "I'm going to move you onto this other venue and team" And then to be told that there were too many people on a team, when I hear a 6's league, I expect people on the team, not or After all of these issues, I did not want to play in this league and since I'm not using the service, I should be entitled to a refund, which I've already gotten through Paypal And now they want to come after me through collections, it sounds spiteful I don't even see the original agreement that I signed up for Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: There was never any asking, it was just "I'm going to move you onto this other venue and team".  And then to be told that there were too many people on a team, when I hear a 6's league, I expect 6 people on the team, not 8 or 10.  After all of these issues, I did not want to play in this league and since I'm not using the service, I should be entitled to a refund, which I've already gotten through Paypal.  And now they want to come after me through collections, it sounds spiteful.  I don't even see the original agreement that I signed up for.

Mr. [redacted] is correct in most accounts. He did sign up for a location that did not run. We did refuse a refund. He did receive a refund through PayPal when he filed a challenge. PayPal was the payment gateway used. What Mr. [redacted] does not explain is that HE AGREED to be placed onto a team at...

another location. It was because of his unrealistic expectations that there only be the minimum number of players on the roster that he then sought a refund. It would have been one thing if he was unable to be placed or could not play. Neither was the case. He CHOSE to play. So we moved forward with his registration. No sports league forms team with a maximum of the minimum number of players to play and our terms and conditions clearly stipulate how many folks we can put onto a roster:http://[redacted]/page/Terms-and-Conditions     In this case, he was on a team with 8 players for volleyball 6v6 and the maximum we advertise for placement is 10. So we were well within our mutually accepeted parameters.PayPal is known for very lenient refund rulings in favor of the purchaser. That they did not want to hold him accountable and deal with his credit card company through challenge is up to them. We do hold him accountable and will be seeking full monetary collection as was communicated to him today.
