I was there when this customer came in. She put her jewelry on the counter and we went through it. It was all costume, so we couldn't buy it. She said that she had a bracelet too, but it wasn't in the bag and she must of lost it. We looked but...

she didn't drop it in the store. She was in possession of her jewelry at all times. When the employee looked through her jewelry she was standing right there watching and there was no bracelet. She lost the bracelet before she came into the store. How am I supposed to be responsible for her losing her bracelet. We never even seen it. It wasn't even in the bag when she handed it to us.
