He has actually received all of his merchandise.

In response to the Missouri Furniture product issues complaint filed 7/28/2017, ID # [redacted], we have spoken  to the customer and are in the process of servicing her complaint with her reclining loveseat.  It will be returned to her on Wednesday, August 16 with no issues.

We as Missouri Furniture do not make any warranties beyond the manufacturer's warranties. Freight to and from the customer's home is not included in any manufacturer's warranty. We have repaired the customer's recliner's twice back to...

manufactures speculations free of charge other than the freight to and from the customer's home. We have offered to repair the customers furniture a third time, but it would not be covered under warranty due to it being past the manufactures one year from date of purchase warranty. We can still repair the customers recliners but would have to be charged for the repairs. If the customer would like for us to repair their recliners please contact us to set up a time of delivery.
