Cleaned up the wood and reseeded the grass.

I've talked to them and we resolved the problemI refunded them dollars.

I am rejecting this response because: the "wood truck" referred to in the written note on the contract is their wood truck that goes around and cleans up after themAlso, we asked them to hold the truck for a couple of days because our neighbor wanted to cherry-pick some pieces, rather than take it allIan (their foreman) clearly understood that Brother's was responsible for picking up the rest, which he confirmed over the phone call we made after the wood had been sitting for a couple of weeks
