The email/complaint below was forwarded to me by [redacted] in our office.? I wanted to let you know that I did reach out to [redacted] and made him aware that we did refund him his application fee on 5/11/18.? ? ? I Let him know that it was refunded directly to the Mastercard ending in 3139.? He wasn’t aware that it went back to the card.? He assumed we would send him a check.? He was grateful and the conversation ended well.? I have attached a copy of the receipt showing that his fee was refunded directly to the card that he initially used.? Please let me know if there is any further action we need to do on our end
