To whom it may concern,Back in May [redacted] applied for a one bedroom apartmentAfter we processed his application we let him know that his application was approvedWhen speaking with him on the phone about him being approved for apartment ***, we asked him when was he wanting to move in? At that moment, he told the leasing agent that he wasn't sure because he had not given proper notice at his current apartment He stopped by our office around the 26th of may to see the unitWhen he seen that it had vinyl flooring he was saying that he was allergic to the cold and made some excuses about not moving inI explained to Mr [redacted] that if he canceled at any time his deposit was non-refundable as it states in the applicationI let him know that if he changed his mind he was still able to move in to unit [redacted] for June 1st, He said NO, that he wasn't going to move inBeing the property manager I explained it in very detail and even showed him the application where it states; if the tenant cancels the deposit is non-refundable.If you have any other question feel free to contact me.Thanks
