Review: I was billed through 2 different companies for one visit, which could be considered their "product". I was provided only one invoice, leaving the other half of the bill completely inaccessible and leaving the consumer, myself, completely unaware of its existence.

I have numerous exchanges with their representatives that are readily available as supporting documentation. What was stated, promised and agreed upon in writing, was not and has not been fulfilled. I am considering taking legal action in the next 30 days, if my issue and the damages caused by inadequate business practices, has not been resolved.Desired Settlement: My public record should not be tainted from deceptive billing practices, the word deceptive is used as the only other descriptor would be malicious billing practices.

I would like my case audited, and displayed with the proper sequence of events, day by day through their administrative logs, and require proof that both invoices were provided, these audits can be cross referenced with my own supporting documentation for dates, times and outbound communication attempts from their behalf, which did not occur.
