Cannot believe this business has an A+ rating!! My sister in law is currently in this facilityThe lack of care has been appallingShe complained, subsequently asked for some pain medication because of a spinal procedure, became drowsy and fell asleepShe did not wake up for hours! When she did wake up she was completely naked and laying in urine saturated beddingAs far as her roommate knows no one checked on her even at her urgingThis is not acceptable
