Mission Hardwood Floor Company

Review: Mission Hardwood Flooring damaged the front door of my stainless refrigerator during the process of refinishing my wood floors over the timeframe of July 17 - August 6. The owner, Bobby, was notified of the damage on August 6 and observed/confirmed the damage on August 7. On August 12, Bobby confirmed he contacted an appliance repair company to determine if a replacement door was available and to provide me with a timeframe for delivery and replacement. Didn't hear from Bobby for 2 weeks. Attempted to contact Art our salesman and no return phone calls were received. Via text message, Bobby offered $600 in lieu of the replacement door. I again asked to know the timeframe for the replacement door so I could make a decision. Bobby texted he would confirm dates and get back with me. Again no response for 2 weeks. Phone calls/messages left with the company and cell phones have gone unanswered.
