They ruined my cream *** dressThe female owner decided to put my dress through their hydro carbon machine prior to treating a coffee stain (which causes the stain to set) then proceeded to treat it with a chemical she refused to tell me the name of until there was long white bleach lines throughout the dress and a small chemical hole from the harshness of the chemical sitting to long in my dressThe owner was extremely rude and treated me like I was an uneducated customer and refused to amend the situation, reimburse me for the damaged $dress or fix my dressExtremely rude and unprofessional and accused me of being aggressive because I was upset she was treating me so poorly
