Mission Carmichael

Mission Carmichael seems to do anything they can to make sure they keep that money coming in from you! It's unsafe! The food is down right dangerous at times. I've seen a patient who is allergic to peanuts, get peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, on cookies and Chinese food with peanuts. It's not a balanced meal. It consists of carbs , carbs, and !more carbs. You can't sleep because of yelling, screaming, and cussing everyday, all day and night! There's no privacy! Things are stolen from the rooms, the drawers, and the closets. Nothing is safe! Not the people, not the personal property, nothing! There are medication issues! Sometimes patients get the wrong meds or meds at the wrong times! Administration does not address complaints in a timely fashion if at all! The brochure is nothing but false advertising! Things aren't being repaired or cleaned in a timely fashion. Sometimes it's over 8 hours to get a soiled brief changed! It's not uncommon to be getting changed or getting washed up and have the worker go out the door to get supplies and leave it open . Some people don't knock before opening the door. Sometimes you see patients walking down the hall naked or in just a diaper. Sometimes there are trails of urine/feces down the hall. They definitely need more help for mental health issues and memory care individuals. There have been times when 1 RN has had the whole facility for a full shift. Sometimes CNAs have 38 patients each. They never get bonuses or anything for doing it either. It's so disheartening! I feel so scared for the people there! If you care about your loved one , don't send them to Mission Carmichael

Review: My Aunt passed away while a resident at Mission Carmichael Nursing Home in April 2014, I was told by [redacted] last name unknown that Aunt [redacted] had a Trust to which there should have been a BFO listed from Aunt [redacted] as the Grantor. [redacted] also stated she had an Estate to which there should be an Executor/Executrix listed & [redacted] said that [redacted] was always coming in & getting whatever she could from Aunt [redacted]'s funds & that [redacted] told [redacted] to give the funds in the Trust to the funeral home of which I do not believe [redacted] was BFO or Executor to her Estate. I've sent emails, made more phone calls to which I'm not gettting any response & this is illegal activities on both Mission Carmichael [redacted] said she needed to contact Corporate pertaining to Aunt [redacted] & ....if her funds are being distributed illegally & in the wrong upon Aunt [redacted]'s wishes, desires, or WILL upon her death then [redacted], [redacted], & Mission Carmichael are performing illegal acts. I have not been able to check with the Sacramento Courts to see if she had legal papers done & according to Mission Carmichael stating she didn't need any. Interesting statement if she had a Trust & an Estate. I don't believe Aunt [redacted] left it all to [redacted] & in my search of the Courts effective with Revdex.com or not CA Code 6454.Desired Settlement: Those funds of Aunt [redacted]'s be put back into the Trust & Estate & be given to whom Aunt [redacted] stated she wanted them to go upon her death. I am in the process of having this further investigated I'm not sure right now which agency would do that & I'm sending Court papers to Sacramento for Collections. its called fraud, embezzlement, larceny, theft, forgery of legal documents just to name a few.
