Review: Took back a dress to the store that was defective. Wanted to wear the dress to a special event but it turned out to have a strap broken. Almost ruined the day. Had to grab a dress from the closet. The dress before this was defective also. Tried to get a refund but they only do store credit. Why would anyone want store credit with a store that has a run of bad merchandise? Was told by the owner that their merchandise is top quality. Disagree. Cute but very poor quality and sloppy worksmanship. DO NOT SHOP HERE if there is the slightest chance you want a refund. Although the policy of 14 days for store credit is posted they do not make it clear that they NEVER EVER give refunds even for defective products. The public should be warned. This place is not cheap. Next time it's [redacted]'s all the way. Miss Match is a good name for this one. I am sorry and saddened by this situation. I tried several times to work with this consumer by offering to get the dress repaired and delivered back to her home to avoid her making a second trip. I offered an exchange dress or a store credit. My company prides itself in delivering exceptional customer service and being fair and reasonable. I have been a business owner for over 20 years and realize that evey situation is unique and therefore attempted to work with this consumer. I am sorry about this situation.
