Over the last month I have called and exchanged several emails with this group of patronsI can show you said email thread should you enquire to see itI have profusely apologized in every manner possibleWe do NOT tolerate harassment in any formI am also a woman, so I took extra precaution to investigate the incident and felt deep empathy for these guestsI refunded their money in its entirety and offered to have them back for a complimentary meal should they feel comfortableI have proof of both of these actions as wellI have repeatedly told them we are deeply embarrassed by this person claiming to be an "owner" however, he is not an owner and we do not have control over what people do and say, all we can control is our response to itAlthough I was not at our restaurant that night, I immediately spoke with my staff and management that was thereThey recall this incident and my assistant manager said he went over to the ladies multiple times and asked if this man was bothering themHe told me at this time the girls chuckled it off and said "No, he's fineIt's fine." I am not sure what else we could've done in the moment since they waved us off and told us they were okayI feel our response to this situation was exactly as it should've beenI treated the matter seriously from the beginning despite the inconsistency I received from them in their emailsPlease let me know if there are any supporting documents I can supply you with to help you better understand the situation and our responseThank you? ?
