I purchased a special order wall rocker recliner on 11-14-It arrived the last week in January,I noticed the fabric on the chair has started pillingI was not told at the time of the purchase that this fabric would immediately start pillingIf so, I would not purchased the chair I called ce on 2-15-to see what could be doneI was told that I would need to purchase a tool to shave off the pilling and probably this will continue if the chair was regularly used I did not purchase a new chair to continually shave the fabric This was the only solution offeredI was told that they were sorry this was happening
