We have been a loyal customer of Mishawaka Utilities since January of - years We have had several accounts over this span of time and never was late on a payment Now, because we have moved to another Mishawaka location, they are firmly demanding a $charge I simply DO NOT understand this It was not explained to us when we were switching to the new location If this is the way a decade, loyal customer, is treated than I shudder to think how they treat a brand new customerIt's no wonder that they are receiving a poor customer service rating by the public
