Mirrored Corrections & Auto Spa

I don't even know where to begin, let me start by saying my vehicle was completely ruined by the hands of Mirrored Corrections & Autospa LLC. In the beginning they promised me that my vehicle was going to come out better than spectacular but what they've actually done is make my vehicle a mobile embarrassment. I brought my vehicle in for a three stage paint correction and supplied them with my own ceramic coatings of choice (CQuartz UK 3.0 and Carpro Gliss). They botched the coating leaving high spots all over the vehicle, which look like unremovable oil splotches all over the paint. Not only did they do a terrible job applying the coating, they also removed an inch of paint from my hood down to the metal with my windshield wiper. They carelessly ripped it upward and they didn't notify me of their careless mistake. Instead of notifying me they used my provided touchup paint to cover it up like it never happened, not wanting me to notice the damage but it was actually the first thing that caught my eye. I contacted them letting them know of the damages that were done to my vehicle and they agreed to fix their mistakes by stripping the coatings, which I had paid over three hundred dollars for, off the vehicle and recoat it with their "top of the line" Quantum Professional ceramic coating. I agreed to let them have another shot at making the vehicle perfect, but what I received the second time was absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable for them to have called it a job done. After receiving my vehicle for the second time I clearly noticed my paint was severely scratched, swirled, hologrammed, and marred than what it had been when I first brought the vehicle in. Before contacting Mirrored Corrections again about the second round of damages I brought my car to a few reputable shops to get quotes about repairing the damages Mirrored Corrections caused. I then showed up to the shop to inform *** about the thousands of dollars I was quoted to repair the damages. As soon as I arrived I was rudely approached by *** and ***. The tone of their voice, aggression, and use of profanity used towards me was VERY unprofessional and uncalled for. During this process I myself remained calm and collective where as they did not, making the situation escalate more than it should have. I tried to come to a simple agreement but they opposed my view and demanded lawyers get involved. Days passed without a simple response from either of them but what they finally said to me was unbelievable. The owner *** messaged me saying the only way I would receive a refund of my money back was to take down my review talking about their terrible work done to my car, practically bribing me to get my money refunded without paying to fix the mistakes made to my car. It has been over a month since their message of bribery was sent to me and I have not gotten a reply back due to them blocking me, not only phone number wise but on social media platforms as well. Due to their lack of communication or attempt to fix their mistakes in anyway this matter has been brought to court.
Overall taking my car here was one of the worst mistakes I have ever made. Not only did they ruin my vehicle, but they also disrespected me and handled the situation VERY poorly. I did not want to escalate the situation this far, but I do not recommend anyone bring business their way. I would not wish this situation on my worst enemy.
