Mirraw

We placed an order on mirraw.com on March 16, 2020. Order had 4 items. They delayed delivery by over 3 months and never informed us. When we received the delivery and opened the box, we got only 3 items instead of 4. So we emailed them again about the 4th missing item. They replied that one item was canceled which we were never notified to us until we received the delivery. When we asked for refund, it took another few weeks to process. Finally we received a refund of *** The total order was *** All four items had same price with promotions. They were supposed to refund us *** including shipping and stitching fee that they charged for the canceled item. The difference is small, but it seems their business practice is fraudulent. This is a company/website operated from India and I believe they take orders with attractive promotions, and then later cancel items without refunding properly to increase their profit margins. I tried to contact them, but they stopped responding me regarding this. Please investigate.
