To Whom May Concern,
Our staff did address Mr. [redacted]'s concern on his purchase. Store credit was offered per our store policy due to the defective item. Customer declined at the moment. Spoke to Management, [redacted]. whom offered another guitar as exchange & would only pay for the difference...
in cost. After consideration Mr. [redacted] declined that offer decided to keep the guitar originally purchased indicating could fix. On top of that we also provided $20 store credit towards future purchases. Per our understanding the issue has been resolved with the customer & we have not received further contact from Mr. [redacted].
