Paralegal- providing incorrect legal information.

Constant spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, inaccurate facts on paperwork filed with the court. I have written my declarations and responses - which should have been used. Did a lot better compared to the firms writing team.

Information requested to be added on to declarations, not being done. Constant inaccurate information and facts listed on declarations and responses. Full evidence not included as requested multiple times. Messages to be relayed over to the judge - did not take place. Violations to note was not added on.

Strategies not openly discussed, I have tried my best to have lines of open communication with the attorney. Tossed into negotiations without any guidance. I had to negotiate everything. Right down having to sit through false accusations by the court inspector, without any support and provided protection.

The current Judge made it very clear he knew the other party personally. There should have been an appeals process to have this case moved to Sanjose or under another judge. This should have been an open and close case at the first hearing.

The case is now considered 'out of compliance". I had to get this done myself. This should have been taken care of at the first hearing with this attorney. Again negligence.

Requests made to *** and his respective paralegals to notify court inspector *** or the Judge of happenings within the case: not communicated over. Constant breach of duties.

Request of subpoenas - not even attempted by the staff.

Civil rights portion - multiple violations filed as originally discussed, for any reimbursements hasn't moved forward.
