Hello,A move out statement was mailed out on March 3, We did not have a forwarding address on file so we forwarded to the last know addressThe last known address was her apartment here at MiramonteThe statement was returned to usI am not sure if she had forwarded her mail or not, but it appears that it was not forwarded to her new address.The flood was noted in a work request that she had placed in the officeThe charges listed on her move out statement were not related to that floodWe did keep that in mind when processing her move out[redacted] has requested that we not speak with her any furtherThis makes things a little difficult to try and resolve issuesI am open to sitting down and going over charges/pictures etc
