filings so quickly, we had already started the process to form the DE LLC So we had to go through the process of canceling the filing, archiving the account and refunding the customer's credit card All those things take time and that's why we have a policy to charge a cancellation fee which is clearly outlined on our website before payment is made.By the customer's own admission he ordered our service and then changed his mind The cancellation policy is in place for this specific reason If the customer wanted to make changes to his filing, we would gladly make those changes to get him the service he needed at no additional cost, but he cancelled the service and the cancellation is subject to the policy outlined on our website
