Mirage Firestone

On May 11, 2020, I took my vehicle to this business to put on some different tires. I told the cashier who helped me to please check the tires before changing out my old ones and she wrote it down on a paper with my contact information. I got a call from the technician working on my vehicle at 11:59 a.m asking what lettering color we wanted on the outside, not once did he mention there an issue with the tire. At 1:02 p.m I received a call from the cashier letting me know my vehicle was ready for pick up. Once I get there the cashier told the tires were good and charged the amount for the labor. On May 12, 2020, before heading to work I noticed the front driver side tire was flat. I decided to take it back to firestone to see what was the issue I spoke to the owner who told me to take the tire to the technician to take a look. As soon as the techinician saw the tire he saw what the issue was and said they couldn't repair the side walls. I put the tire in my jeep and went to speak to the owner to resolve the issue as to why they didn't inform me of this the day before and see what he could do about it. The owner told me I could either buy a new tire from or pay another $100.00 to get my old tires put back on. My wife called the business to get some answers as to how they missed that the day before but found the issue right away today. She was told by the owner that they are very busy and can't take a look at every tire or everyone's care. She was in disbelief that the owner doesn't take accountability for the job they do. This could have been risky due to this being my wife's daily driver with our baby.
