Mirador Apartments At River City

I am scheduled to move out of my apartment (Stovall) September 16th 2016, and was told that I would have to pay prorated rent and once I am moved out I will be charged $for breaking my leaseI asked several times how and when would I need to pay this amount and was told that a property manager would contact me about setting it upI left both my email and phone number in the leasing office and no one contacted meSeptember 1st I discovered that I had insufficient funds in my checking account while I was trying to prepare for Hurricane Hermine (buying flashlights, etc.)I checked my account and saw that I was charged $from this apartment complex! My account was in the negative $and I have bills to pay and emergency supplies to buy! I called and spoke with *** and she told me to contact my bank to get the payment reversed (they couldn't do it) and I was told that I was charged for both my prorated rent and the $I have automatic payment set up but I was

Good Morning, [redacted] was incorrectly charged her termination fee. It should have drafted out of her account. We suggested she contact her bank to reverse the transaction as they would resolve the issue in the quickest way possible. We also have waived any late and overdraft fees...
