The movers were great! They took care of everything, the furniture was disassembled and reassembled at my new house, they wrapped all the items and even packed some of my kitchen stuffMore than that, the movers were professional, polite and super fastI am very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

Only used a floor mat at the front doorProceeded to trek across all other floors with their snowy dirty bootsMy floors were left with dirt and melting snowSent pictures, but, waiting to hear from someoneach
Didn't like the fact that they wanted to apply a surcharge (it was a percentage of my cost) if I used VisaCash or etransfer is easier to hide from the CRA I guess

Paid $500 for mattress and box springs to be transported. Asked if he would take a few more small things. didnt give price but demanded $500 moreAs above. he would not quote until delivery on the way. On arrival, his employees were very nice and efficient. However, one piece- a monitor- was not produced. When they were told, they realized that it was in the front of a fully loaded truck and were too tired to unload. One said he would bring it the next day. Having paid cash- they would not accept credit card or check- I had no guarantee so requested $200 back. They called [redacted] and asked if that was okay. He said no and to unload the whole truck. One of the employees said no. He had been on the road for 60 days, covering 41 states (for which they may not be licensed). When he spoke to [redacted], he quit. I can not get in touch with anyone as no one answers the phone.We were charged an outrageous sum of money- $500- for a few small additional items, the most important of which was not delivered. Even one of the employees thought his boss charged way too much but he could not say anything. He did mention that this is typical practice by [redacted]Desired SettlementI want the monitor and to keep $200 of the $1000 we paidI met the boss and told him that we wanted $200 back because he failed to provide a written estimate. He agreed and gave us the monitor and the $200. As far as I am concerned, I am satisfied.However, Mr. [redacted] was not happy. He said, "all you are doing is costing the next customer more. I'll just have to raise my prices. Do you think I should do this for free?"
