After paying good money to have our shower floor repaired, it cracked again and is leaking. While initially pleased with the work done, it simply did not last. After initially being told anything within 5 years is warranted, I had to have a call back the following day; our repair was 2-3 years ago, possibly 4. Concerning that follow up call, I was informed such an expensive repair only carried a 1 year warranty. Hardy a method and not even close to a miracle.
January 14, 2019 Re: Revdex.com complaint # ***, ***, Fruita, CO 81521 To Whom it may Concern: We did repair a 15"-16" crack on the bottom of a Kohler acrylic shower on June 17th, 2016. It was believed that the shower was originally installed without the proper support under the base leading to the large crack developing. We injected five batches of structural foam under the pan to help give the bottom added support and then repaired the crack with several layers of fiberglass. We applied a color coat to the repaired area including a slip resistant surface for the bottorwof the shower. I am sorry if there was any confusion surrounding the warranty. The Miracle Method warranty covers any defect in a repair like this for one year. I will include a copy of the warranty with this letter. We did not refinish the entire shower. This is considered a spot repair. The Miracle Method warranty policy is set by our corporate office. The current policy has been in effect since approximately 2012. I explained this to Mr. during a phone conversation in December of 2018. I am still willin to go look at the issue to see if an amicable solution can be reached. Thank you,Robert K

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and am fine with closing the complaint because I do not want to deal with this company and will be sure to let all family and friends know they do not stand behind their work. This is a small town, word will get around. I am sure they will be just fine without anyone I know doing business with them, at least my complaint was heard.
