In April of Miracle Method refinished our bathtubInitially, there were some problems with the jobHowever, the technician, Jim and the owner, Fred were very compliant in correcting any concerns we had with the jobLast month, my wife notice the tub was beginning to chip in several spotsJim came out and spent several hours making repairs, again he was congenial and conscientious in fixing the tubAs he pointed out when the work was first done, he was breaking in a new technician, who apparently had not sanded the surface correctly in spots ( I do remember him telling me his partner was in training.) Miracle Method stood behind their work and for that I highly recommend them
