In the yr of May 2009 This Company came out to our Church and offered to the Members a no cost life insurance collected all our personal information promised they would call us in aq week to set up an appointment to have some one come out to check our vital signs, COLLECT specimen,aND have not heard fromthis company yet and They have my personal information ,and I don't know where my information is being used THE NAME OF THE CHURCH WHERE THE INFORMATION WAS TAKEN FROM WAS [redacted]. THEY ALSO HAVE MY HUSBAND'S INFORMATION THEY SAID THEY TURNED IT OVER TO A COMPANY CALL [redacted].I WOULD APPRECIATE IF YOU CAN LOCATE MY INFORMATION AND RETURN BACK TO ME THAN YOU [redacted]Desired SettlementALL I WANT IS TO RETURN ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND MY HUSBAND INFORMATION TO US TO THE SAME ADDRESS

on 05/02/2009 Miracle insurance came to [redacted] at [redacted] I was enrolled on a no cost life insurance, for $24,000 with absolutely no cost. all private information was given along with ss number/address/was advised we would hear from the company in 1 month to take a physical, was never contacted did receive a letter stating that this was offered by my church through [redacted] a non profit entity. this letter claim the information has been forward to [redacted] as June 1, 2009.When I call the phone number that I was given they tell me the president has resigned and someone will be in touch with me which is a lie/ the number I have is 919-[redacted] the president IS [redacted] also my spouse information is also on this his name is [redacted] same address. all I want is my personal information back and to find out if they are using my information so when I am deceased are they the benefictary, please help me Mrs [redacted]Desired SettlementI just want my personal information returned to me, I have called for several months and each time I am given and excuse and is told that someone will contact me. still have the same address and phone number and nobody has been in touch with me nor my husband.
