Mira Auto Sales

On May 12/ 2015 [redacted] purchased a [redacted] from Mira Auto sales located on 4807 Fayetteville road, Raleigh, NC 27603. During the test drive the car was shaking , upon reporting to the seller he told us that the tires needed to be changed. He reduced the down payment to 625.00 dollars in order for the buyer to replace four tires which was agreeable to both parties. Later that night upon reaching my home the car shut off and would not start. I call Mira Auto sales and told them that the car will not start and needed to be repair he told me that I could pick up a new battery at [redacted]. On June second while driving home from work the car shut off for the final time. I alerted Mira Auto sales and asked them to take the car back he refused saying that he will repossessed the car when I don,t make the payment.On June fourth the car was seen by a mechanic and dx with Broken head gaskets. I then called them to come and get the car. I am seeking resolution that this company knowingly sold a defective car.Desired SettlementI would like my down payment to be returned and the car picked up as soon as possible. I would like the sale to be canceled without any negative outcome to my credit. Business Response This matter has been resolved. We have picked up the car. In addition, this will not reflect on the buyers credit in any way.
