Review: I've been a very good customer to this company, and I have been using the mama mio tummy butter product throughout my pregnancy. I was purchasing this product at a retail salon I attend from September 2013-January 2014 and then I discovered their direct website. I believe in good customer service which is why I'm voicing my complaint with Revdex.com. The mama mio skin care website clearly states that when you join their "fit gang" which I am a member of, you will receive a "marvelous birthday gift each year" along with 10% off (which I do receive on each order). My birthday month is April and I placed an order as I do every month assuming I would receive my marvelous birthday gift. When I did not receive it, I reached out to customer service and spoke via email with [redacted] from April 11-April 29 regarding the issue. She assured me each time that her team in the UK was looking into it, however I've yet to receive a response or a resolution. Today I called the customer service department and spoke with [redacted]. I explained my story and she advised that she was looking into it, and would call me in an hour with a resolution, and to place my new order for May. That was 5 hours ago. I still placed an online order for May despite everything going on. I can't help but feel that I'm getting the run around. No one will actually see to it that this issue is resolved and that I am a satisfied customer. I believe this is false advertisement to get more people to purchase their products and it's not right.Desired Settlement: I only want what is promised on the website. "A marvelous birthday gift each year". There are no promo codes sent out or provided for this either-it would be a good idea for the company to send an email with their promo code so their customers can take advantage of the birthday gift when placing an order.
