The customer in question initially contacted our customer service and requested a receipt on 11/14/2016, since the transaction failed we couldn't generate a receiptCustomer contacted Minutekey again on the same day as her transaction and requested a refundCustomer was asked for more information so that we could find her transaction, once we received that info the customer was contacted and the customer was told that her refund was processed; and that she would receive her refund in the mail in the next 5-business daysThe transaction occurred on the 14th and the customer was notified on the 14th that her transaction was processedI feel she contacted your organization prematurely

Additionally I stand by my prior comments ,as it is my belief that the refund was either never sent out , or it was stolen, I do not believe the [redacted] could loose or damage(Destroyed during mail processing) 2 letters from Minute Key to my address. It is suspect that all complaints not only on the BBB site but from all over the web are pertaining to people who are aggrieved because the were not issued a refund when one was due . so that we could find her transaction, once we received that info the customer was contacted and the customer was told that her refund was processed; and that she would receive her refund in the mail in the next 5-7 business days. The transaction occurred on the 14th and the customer was notified on the 14th that her transaction was processed. I feel she contacted your organization prematurely.

Hello,  I have reviewed the customer's complaint and I have researched all correspondence with the customer since the initial refund request was placed. I believe Minutekey's customer service was prompt in responding to the customer's request for a refund. The customer had at one point in...

our email exchanges commented on how prompt customer service was to acknowledge his request. We sent the customer a refund twice via the [redacted]. The mail did not have a tracking number. After the customer didn't receive the first refund attempt, we verified his address and sent a second refund immediately. I'm not sure what the customer is insinuating by suggesting that a refund was never issued or that our own customer service agent would risk their job to steal their refund. I'm proud to say that all my agents go out of their way on a daily basis to ensure that all of our customer's needs are addressed as our ultimate goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We will attempt to send this customer a final refund in the form of a check, we will provide a tracking number and request that the package be signed for upon delivery. We hope the customer is satisfied with this resolution and continues to use our product in the future.Thank You,
