Minty Paradise

I ordered from mintyparadise on-line on Feb 4th 2020 spending USD $43.71 and have not received my items nor heard back from ***@mintyparadise.com

I placed Order# *** in the amount of USD $43.71 on which they confirmed March 24 2020 and I have not received my items - 3 Lazy Stand Up Charging Cables - 2 iphone lightings and 1 C-type all in Silver. I paid through Paypal and the charge came through as She Swish Ltd. I have emailed them at least 3 times at ***@mintyparadise.com as per the instructions on the order with no reply. The original tracking # they send me does not work. I would like to either receive my items or get my money back.

I made a purchase in April and I started contacting the company in May for non receipt and looking for a refund. They kept telling me to be patience.
I did as they stated and waited a week and still nothing told them again I wanted a refund. They stated I needed to email customer service which I did w/the email given. No reply. I messaged again and they stated to be patience b/c they are going thru a lot of emails, then I contacted them again and supposedly their system was down. I was one excuse after another

I have been waiting for 3 months for a product they said was in stock. They dont reply to any emails and there aren't any tracking info for the items.
I ordered 2 phone cables on apr 23. On the 6th I emailed them asking where my product was. They claimed it was in transit but it hadn't moved. Every time since then when I email for an update, I get no reply. I've asked for a refund and they haven't replied or processed a refund.

I ordered on April 20th and I still haven't received my item. I have sent emails and never gotten anything back and now the website is shutdown

I have sent about six emails to date to this company. I ordered one item which was makeup 2 months ago.Never received it and no one will email me back
I ordered this tricolored make up item on April 30 since April I have sent six emails to their customer service and have received no reply. When I go on their *** they're actively replying to try and convince people to purchase but they don't help their customers who haven't received an item after two months I am requesting a full refund of my item whether I get it or not at this point being ignored like this and feel like I've had my money stolen doesn't feel too good so with all the inconvenience I want my money back including shipping. I just got through sending another email with a screenshot there has been no updates on the shipping of my item in over a month

I made a purchase & never received it.
Placed an order on 4/28/202 (ORDER #***) & I've never received my purchase. I tried to go to their website & received the following information: This shop is unavailable. I've never received any notifications that they no longer exist. I paid for my purchase in full with nothing to show for it.

First the product doesn't have the same features and it shows on the IG ad. The feature is the reason I bought it. Second I sent an email regarding the product and got no response. Third every attempt I have made since I received the product has ended with a message that the store is unavailable. So I guess I am stuck with these product.

They don't ship msde and do not respond cust svc

ordered 4 cell phone stands on 4/23/20. They charged my *** 4/25. Emailed me shipped 4/29 via usps. USPS has not received. I have not received.

They charged my *** account $53.87 on 4/25.
On 4/29/29 they emailed me saying it was shipped via USPS and gave me tracking # ***
USPS says they are currently awaiting package. I have emailed company several times most recently 5/19/29 at [email protected]. They have not responded. Their web site is also down, now.
I HAVE COPIES OF EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE, credit card charge via *** etc AND WOULD BE HAPPY TO SEND ON REQUEST.

Never rec'd order and I want my money back
I've been I contact with this company for almost 2 months there is an email/contact but have never rec'd any response except 1 Stating that I should check tracking site. It tells me tracking number cannot be found. I sent them an email last Friday and again today but am doubtful I will hear anything as they still haven't responded to my email from last Friday. My order #***. Paid thru my *** cash card on 04/06/2020 in the amount of 21.96

I went to this website and purchased a product from this company. Money was taken out of my account but my product was never shipped.
After ordering an HDMI cord for my tv. I was sent an email on May 18th explaining product was processed and is getting ready to be shipped. They took money out and I did not receive a tracking number and I never received my product. The payment was made through *** to: She Swish Limited.
The paypal email stated that the charge would appear on my credit card statement as payment to ***SMILEYHOMEY And would not leave my account until the order was processed. Then I went back to the website for customer support and the website was no where to me found.

I made an online order with this company for a cell phone stand on April24, 2020. I still have not received it as of May 22, 2020
Order # *** was made on 4-24-2020 and posted on 4-27-2020. It appeared on my credit card statement as *** Smiley Homey. A tracking number states that my order left United Global Development, INC in Chino CA. on May 7th for a USPS destination.( no identification on which one) . ***., a customer support representative from MintyParadise replied to my inquiry on May14, 2020 and confirmed my order is currently in transit and I should recheck tracking. My return reply on 5-19-2020 to customer support that no progress made on the tracking site. I have not received any further reply from customer support as of today, 5-22-2020. I would like them to track my shipment for me and if lost, to resend my order .

I ordered a product on April 24 and still have not gotten it yet. I have emailed several times with no response and no refund.
