Review: We ordered some mints to use as a promotional item and paid for a RUSH order.We used our company's logos from their website to ensure that we had the correct colors and fonts. The company sent a virtual proof of the mints, and everything looked okay.The mints we received were NOT our colors! Our mustard yellow had been changed to a dark, avocado green, and our cobalt blue was changed to a navy so dark that it was almost black!After contacting the company, they refused to reprint the labels or issue a refund. This has been the worst company that I have ever dealt with regarding refunds. I am still trying to get them to correct their mistake, but they do not place any regard on customer satisfaction.They costs me almost $300!Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a full refund. I had initially wanted a replacement and a refund for the RUSH fee, but I no longer wish to deal with this company at all.
