Brought my 2004 [redacted] in for a heating issue. Two days after the radiator drain plug falls out on the highway and my vehicle overheats and stalls. I bring it back and they state that I have a bad head gasket which shot out the drain plug. Only after do I find out this is a highly unlikely excuse for neglecting to put the plug in properly and causing the blown head gasket. No head gasket problems existed before this event, my engine died 6 months later.
