Took my Audi TT in for oil change on 11-22- Car is always parked in my concrete driveway and had no leaks Was told my water pump was leaking Knew it wasn't true and ignored When I got home I noticed on bill it said that needed water pump and splash guard Was thinking about changing oil myself and just checked splash guard and was in good shape Went out to check it and it was torn to ***! Looked like they didn't want to remove to change the filter and torn a big hole so they could reach up and get to filter! Wasn't even screwed back up I decided to check my coolant level and found that the cap was missing They were supposed to check all fluids so I know they left the cap off I then checked the brake fluid and it was very low Obviously, they didn't check anything like they said Makes me wonder if they took cap off to remove coolant to spray around to look like water pump was leaking Audi parts are expensive Now I have to spend a bunch of money to get a new splash guard and coolant cap Pathetic! Was supposed to get full synthetic oil but wouldn't be surprised if they just put some cheap oil in These guys are terrible Stay away!!!!!
