insurance coverages beforehand.   We do not normally review all patients in network and out of network coverage's, as this is the patients responsibility.   Subsequently, after discussing with the consumer/patients in great depth,  we have now worked with her insurance provider and are now part of that insurance network.  We will be moving forward working with her insurance company on future billing and claims.  The consumer/patient was very thankful that we reached out to her to discuss her concerns and that a mutually agreed upon resolution was reached.  Insurance coverage's and plans are always evolving and changing.  It is important to educate consumers of the importance of connecting with their insurances first before any appointment and procedure done by a medical provider.  It is also valuable to us to hear their concerns and we appreciate the feedback.
