I love this company. The men are so polite. They installed my 5 windows in 5 hours. The windows look great,work great and the guys were so neat you never know they had been here. We had Mn Rusco put windows in our other house a few years ago and that winter are house was so much warmer. The crew with our other house were just as polite and clean is why we had them install there window at our new location. I would recommend this company and crew to everyone. Filled out the form on Facebook for a quote: got a call from Christina (who was a Gem) thank you Christina! Told her what I was looking for and my location. She scheduled the appointment for today Friday 11.4.22 at 2 PM in Warroad MN, and she said that was not a problem. Got the call from the gentleman who was going to come up and look the job over and give me the quote. After a brief discussion on what I wanted and in our bathroom he told me "We do not do walk in showers". Well after hearing that he told me he would not be able to help me and we canceled the appointment. I was so excited to see what he (Minnesota Rusco) had to offer me and completely disappointed to hear that you do not do walk in showers. But I looked again at your Web site and the first thing I see in your bathroom remodel area is a walk in shower. Please train your staff before they put their foot in their mouth, and know where people live in Minnesota. I may live 6 miles from the Canadian boarder but I have money to spend too. Thank you for nothing. The only thing I can say is Christina was Awesome and the young man who I talked to on Wednesday 11.2.22 get your act together cause it is guys like you who leave a bad taste in the Company you work for!

Mike P quickly and professionally resolved the warranty issues that we had with a ProVia Storm Door and with our new Solace Bay Window. Both were installed in June. He also paid significant attention to an issue we have with the style and color of the interior trim on our two exterior ProVia doors, including taking multiple photos. We've already received a follow-up call so we're confident this problem will also be resolved. If we have any additional warranty issues we certainly hope Mike will be the one to return and resolve them.
I hired Rusco to remodel out 1980's bathroom. John Kern did everything himself. He was very thorough, and neat. He did an amazing job and I would recommend him anytime. He finished on time and cleaned up after every visit to our home. We are happy with the results.
Mike P. fix this window is about 15 minutes. He found a bent pin and replaced and now my window opens as it was designed to do. He did a GREAT job! Thanks, Mike.
How much do you suspect a new shower costs? No demo work, that's already done. Buy a shower, install it in a room that's ready for it. That's right, if you guessed nearly $40,000 you are right!

Mike P. came to our house to replace a screen door handle that needed some new parts. He was on time, very unobtrusive, and worked swiftly to install a new handle. Can't speak highly enough of the quality of his work.
Scott Brown is very professional and helped us to get through our Terrible experience with Minnesota Rusco! I would highly recommend him for any job! He was put in the middle of one debacle after another due to MN Rusco's Complete Incompetence and reassured us that the job would be finished right!
Scott and Tyler did an excellent job installing my picture window. I had double hung
windows on either side of the picture window and replaced them with stationary
windows all of them being 3 pane glass.
Jason Lesser was the tech. We had new bathroom floor put in and the toilet would not seal to the new floor. I called MN shower and bath sister company to MN Russo and they sent Jason out with in a day. He came out and within 30 mins had fixed everything. We have had our windows and siding done,, and now our bathrooms by MN Rusco. Great Customer service.
We were very pleased with the work that Kevin did on our front door. He took extra time fixing it and did some additional work on the service door. I would highly recommend working with him again!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!! They came out to gave us a quote on a sliding glass door installation The quote came in at a decent price and we called them back to schedule the installation They did not come out on scheduled date so we called them back They had us take measurement on the opening AGAIN, Confirmed the original price and rescheduled date for them to come out The salesman made it to this meeting He AGAIN measured the opening and stated that he needed to go outside and make a phone call He came back in and stated that the opening was not standard and would therefore be, surprise More money! The opening is windows on a wall and therefore the measurement could not have changed In fact it was the same all three times it was measured The only thing that changed was the salesman's price In fact it went up by nearly $1, This new price, he said, did not include moving a heating duct or a wall outlet The original price did So, low price to begin with You schedule them Then they move the price up and up and up Don't waste your time!
