Entered into a seasonal contract for driveway snow removal for the entire season. The very first time they plowed my driveway, they heavily damaged my driveway. Spoke to Steve *** in regards to the issue and he stated that they probably needed to adjust the things that rest on the ground, which had to be done at their shop using large tools. Steve *** also communicated that they would, at the end of the season, address the issue by issuing a check for $125 to reimburse for the damages caused. Steve did offer during the first phone call, on the date of the incident, to cancel my contract for the season and would issue a full-refund. By then, all the snow removal companies were booked and not accepting new clients as the season had already begun. I contacted them today 4/28/20 seeking resolution to this reimbursement for damages and they are now only offering a 'deep discount' of $60 on future services by their company and denied ever saying they would agree to reimburse for partial cost to reseal the driveway to possibly fix the damage.
