Review: For tenency here, this company gives you several promotional opportunities. They advertise the following: they allow you an opportunity to utilize ther moving truck, to take advantage of a first month promotional pricing rate, and 24 hour access to unit. For my first month here I was not allowed to utilize the moving truck and was forced to rent one from uhaul which was very expensive. I was also charged the standard rate and informed that my discount would apply to the following month and I was only allowed 24 hour access to the unit on the night of move in, after that, I was informed that I needed to access my unit only during regular business hours. My unit was cold, damp, the door didn't open properly or easily, and the office told me to be careful of rodents. My second month, my discount was still not applied. I called the local office every 3 days to try to figure out how much I owed and was told over and over again that they would apply the discount and return my call with an amount due. After nearly 3 weeks, I finally contacted the call center and was able to get my discount and pay my dues. By the end of the second month I was so bothered by the policies and proceedures here that I had moved units. I went in to close my box and was informed they would take care of it. About a month later, with no phone contact from this company and a belief that the box is closed, I recieve an email from this company stating my unit has assessed a late fee and that I owe them over 100 dollars. I called the call center knowing that they fixed my previous issue, spent almost an hour on the phone and went threw 6 phone transfers to different people to be told by the "VP of opperations" that the box not being closed was not their problem and that sense they were unable to rent the unit out I had to pay for it. After a very heated argument she finally removed the fees and the rent due and closed the box like they should have the previous month. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to remove all false advertisment so that consumers like me do not have to be subject to such terrible treatment, I would also like this company to recieve a fine for false advertisment
