Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: This was the 3rd time in as many visits that *** was strongly encouraged, or "pushed" in to services that she did not ask for, nor want. The first time, after calling me while she was there, she said no The second
time resulted in her accepting some of the suggested services, as she could not reach me on the phone, and me having to call in to have the service manager adjust the price they charged for services that were not necessary This time, she was told that Mini would not do the oil change without doing the air filter change (for which they charged $for the minutes of labor) Why would she make this up? Mini is denying this story, of course, but these are the facts We did not file our complaint wanting Mini to refund our money A smart gesture on their part, but not the point We filed a complaint as I do not want any more less-than-mechanically-savvy individuals (like ***) to be preyed upon by this dealership, pushing services that may or may not be necessary or in the in individual's best interest.
