I began by searching Google shopping to by a Roku. Fer Target came up as the merchant with the lowest price and free shipping. I clicked the link and completed the purchase on their website with my debit card ($24). I received an or***umber on their website and that was the last contact I've had from them. I wrote them the following email. I've tried calling but the phone number isn't real (doesn't work). I've submitted an online contact form from their support page but I have not received a single email or response of any kind from the merchant. When I looked up their address on Google maps it shows a residential house. I think this is a fraudulent website that steals people's credit card information.EMAIL: On Friday (1/31) I placed order #XXXXXX on your website for a Roku. When I placed the order, I saw the below confirmation message, however, I have not received any emails from your store concerning this order. Additionally, it has been more than 24-48 hours since the order was placed and it is past Tuesday but I have not received any shipping information either. I would like to know the status of my order and any shipping/delivery details you can provide.
