I have had my Buick Lacrosse in for service at Royal twice in this past month,once to have the navigation computer replaced and the second time for a water leak as well as a oil leakI was completely blow away with the SERVICE that I receivedEveryone from my service advisor (***) to (***) the courtesy driverMy needs were met in a proper amount of time and my problems were solvedThank you to the entire staff for the CUSTOMER SERVICE [redacted] ***
TuesSept the tire shop I bought a set of tires from previously, checked my car after I complained og highway speed vibration After checking alignment balance, and any possibility of bent wheels or out of round tire, discovered left cvc assembly was abnormally vibrating Since the Spectra involved is under 100K warranty for drivetrain, I went to Kia that same morning Was told I would have to make appointment and that part would have to be ordered Made apptfor Thurs.and showed up, only to be told part needed to be ordered and I would have to make another once notified by them part was in They didnt even look at the car to verify tire company's diagnosis Still awaiting arrival of part Thus visits, or hours minimum of my time The $savings by virtue of Kia's warranty practically negated (The tire company wrote me an estimate of that amount tp rrplace the cvc assembly.) I love the little car which has been trouble free its 1st 63K miles until now But all my experiences with this dealership have been somilar to above
