Review: I suffered erytherma and 1st or 2nd degree burn resulting from a face waxing procedure proformed by a Mini Nails' employee. I was seen by [redacted] the following day and was prescribed pain medication and antibiotic ointment due to burns from waxing. My face is flaming red and welted and extremely painful. As the burns begin to heal the small blisters will burst and then finally begin to peel away in the next week or so, as described by my doctor. The heat of the summer sun has made it impossible for me to be outside for an extended period of time or the ability to endure direct sun light until the injury heals. Loss of time from work and loss of money has occured, and family celebrations have to be postponed due to this injurey. I have been unable to sleep through the night since the incident. This injurey has resulted in a great amount of suffering, and a tremendous amount of pain and discomfort which has effected by entire family.Desired Settlement: I desire appropriate compensation for my pain and suffering inflicted by Mini Nails. Because I am unable to preform my daily duties due to severe pain and discomfort I request a monetary compensation amount of $1554.00.

To Whom It My Concern,

Please review the orginional complaint of 1st degree burns to the face due to waxing, minus the desire for monetary compensation. I wish for Mimi Nails to become aware of the pain and suffering they caused to me through their negligence of appropriate techniques and training by their salon. I would not wish this experience or pain on anyone in the future.
