Milwaukee P C Inc. A Wisconsin Corporation

I took my computer to the buisness t be restored. after getting it back and paying 105.00 the computer locked up again. we took it back and he said it was fine but could not check it as they had no internet. I have recently took it else where to be fixed and was told the guy at milwaukee pc used a "pirate code " and this was illegal and now I had to pay another 200.00 to get this fixed. the company is doing fraudulant things to peoples computers.
